幼儿园是对幼儿进行保育和教育的机构。教师是完成保教任务,实现使幼儿体智德美全面发展教育目标的关键。幼儿园保教质量取决于教师组织每日活动的实际效果,同时,如何组织幼儿的一日活动也较具体而客观地反映出其素质状况。为此,我们调查了北京市29所幼儿园(其中街道园2所、厂矿机关园24所、市立园3所),考察了由园长推荐的近年来幼师毕业的较优秀教师共79名,从而了解到目前教师组织幼儿一日活动的最佳状况。
Kindergartens are institutions for childcare and education. Teachers are the key to completing the task of protecting religions and realizing the goal of making Germany, the United States and the United States fully develop their educational goals. The quality of nursery education depends on the actual effect of daily activities of teachers’ organizations. At the same time, how to organize day activities of young children also reflects their quality objectively and objectively. To this end, we investigated 29 kindergartens in Beijing (including 2 street gardens, 24 factories and mines, 3 municipal buildings), and investigated 79 top-notch teachers recommended by the principal in recent years, , So as to understand the current situation of teachers organizing day activities for children.
