论文根据中国教育追踪调查数据及现有的文献资料,运用定量和定性的研究方法,对流动儿童的高中教育机会进行研究。结果表明,我国流动儿童的高中教育机会受户籍制度、教育政策、家庭经济等因素的影响,存在在学率低、学业失败风险率高以及高中升学渠道窄等问题。针对上述问题,笔者提出采用全国课标卷,设立专项奖助学金,将高中教育纳入义务教育范围内等改善流动儿童教育机会的对策。
Based on the data of China Education Tracing Survey and the available literature, the thesis uses quantitative and qualitative research methods to study the educational opportunities of floating children in high school. The results show that the high school education opportunities for migrant children in China are affected by the household registration system, educational policies and family economics. There are some problems such as the low enrollment rate, the high risk of academic failure and the narrow channel of high school education. In response to the above problems, the author puts forward the countermeasures to improve the educational opportunities of migrant children by adopting the National Curriculum Scroll, setting up special scholarships, and including high school education in the scope of compulsory education.
