大底盘建筑的主楼与附属建筑基础之间往往存在差异沉降,需采取桩基础、地基处理或结构措施进行处理。北京银河搜候(SOHO)中心为一典型大底盘多塔连体结构,由四栋塔楼、裙房、纯地下车库组成,地上为框架-剪力墙结构,基底以下有厚6m的相对软弱层,主楼核心筒荷载较大,纯地下车库处于超补偿状态,差异沉降控制难度较大。经比选分析了梁板式筏基、平板式筏基与人工地基(钻孔灌注桩和CFG桩复合地基)和天然地基的不同组合方案。通过调整基础及结构的刚度,确定采用CFG桩复合地基和天然地基。由地基变形计算和沉降变形实测结果可见,该地基基础设计方案经济、合理,满足规范要求。

Through the comparison and analysis of different combinations of beam raft foundation, flat raft foundation and artificial foundation (bored pile and CFG pile composite foundation) and natural foundation. By adjusting the rigidity of foundation and structure, it is determined that CFG pile composite foundation and natural foundation should be adopted. According to the results of foundation deformation calculation and settlement deformation, it can be seen that the foundation design scheme of the foundation is economical and reasonable and meets the requirements of the code.
