我厂原有三台LSG0.2—5型立式水管锅炉,炉型落后,采用固定安排自然通风,手工操作。排烟温度高达600℃,灰渣含碳量高于15%,热效率低于50%,烟囱冒黑烟污染严重。 为提高锅炉效率,消烟除尘,改善环境,1982年底着手将这三台锅炉改为抽板顶升反烧炉,目前已有两台投入运行。从运行情况和测试结果看,改装后锅炉的热效率为64.5%,烟气余热器效率为8%,系统总效率达到71.5%,排烟温度降到
