应用放射免疫法测定了32例急性期(3天内)脑血栓患者和短暂性脑缺血发作(TIA)患者23例24h血浆内皮素(ET)水平变化,发现脑血栓急性期ET含量显著高于正常对照组(P<0.001),也明显高于TIA组(P<0.01);TIA组明显高于对照组(P<0.01)。血浆ET水平24h有节律性变化,即夜间2∶00时最低,早8∶00时最高,二者有显著性变化(P<0.01);有高血压、糖尿病史脑血栓患者24h内各时间段ET水平明显高于无高血压、糖尿病史者(P<0.050.01)。脑血栓患者血浆ET水平24h内节律性变化与之发病以早晨为高发时间段的现象在时间上有同步关系,可能存在着因果关系,即ET可能是导致脑血栓的原因之一
The levels of plasma endothelin (ET) in 32 patients with acute cerebral infarction (3 days) and 23 patients with transient ischemic attack (TIA) were measured by radioimmunoassay. ET content in acute phase of cerebral thrombosis was significantly higher than (P <0.001), but also significantly higher in TIA group (P <0.01). The TIA group was significantly higher than that in control group (P <0.01). Plasma ET levels 24h rhythmic changes, that is, the lowest 2:00 at night, as early as 8:00, the two had significant changes (P <0.01); with hypertension, diabetes history of cerebral thrombosis within 24h The level of ET in the time period was significantly higher than those without history of hypertension and diabetes (P <0.050.01). Cerebral thrombosis in patients with ET within 24h of the level of rhythmic changes in the morning and morning onset of the phenomenon of high time synchronization phenomenon, there may be a causal relationship that ET may be one of the causes of cerebral thrombosis
