近几年,江西省竞技攀岩在主教练丁承亮的带领下,得了令人瞩目的成绩,先后为国家培养出了4名国际级运动健将、12名国家级运动健将、30多名国家一级运动员,一跃成为国内竞技攀岩运动的领头羊。本文积极探索我省竞技攀岩运动后备人才的培养策略,以期对我省竞技攀岩后备人才培养及可持续发展起到积极的作用。
