考核方式是课程设计的重要一环,在考核方式中对学生的考试是检测课程设计实施效果的重要支点。《管理学基础》课程是工商管理类专业必修的专业基础课,如何更好的完善课程的教学改革,使我们培养的学生能够具备管理的专业素质和技能,使其更能符合社会发展的需要乃是我们工作的重中之重难关。考试作为教学环节的重要组成部分——考试在教学改革中的地位和作用日益突出,因此做好课程考试改革方案的设计对于《管理学基础》课程的建设具有重要的意义。
