早在六十年代初,我国就研制了光栅式,磁分度式及地震式等齿轮单面啮合检查仪,对提高齿轮质量和促进齿轮生产起了很大作用。之后,成都工具研究所等提出用间齿测量齿轮整体误差曲线的方法以及哈量厂研制成用带电子计算机的万能齿轮测量机逐齿座标点测齿轮整体误差曲线的方法[1][2]。这些新的测量方法对分析齿轮误差的工艺原因及精确评定齿轮质量提供很有效的手段。本文就标准蜗杆光栅式单啮仪,标标齿轮地震仪式单啮仪及座标点测法
As early as the early 1960s, our country developed a grating type, magnetic indexing and seismic gear single-sided meshing tester, to improve gear quality and promote gear production played a significant role.
