以粳稻“寒丰”和“秀水-04”的红莲、矮败、BT三种异质不育系同籼型、粳型及广亲和4个恢复系进行不完全双列杂交,应用核质互作混合线型模型对杂交粳稻的株高等7个农艺性状进行遗传分析,同时对同核异质母本可恢复性进行研究。结果表明,株高、每穗总粒数、空秕粒、单株穗数和干粒重等性状均存在极显著的核质互作效应。不育胞质同核基因互作,使红莲型F1的平均基因型预测值在每穗总粒数显著减少;使矮败型F1的每穗总粒数、空批粒明显增加,而单株穗数则有显著减少;使BT型F1空批粒减少、千粒重显著增加;广亲和恢复系对红莲型和矮败型不育细胞质F1的育性也有一定的正效应。
Inbred lines were crossed with three heterogenic lines, Hailian, Diantan, BT, of japonica “Hanfeng” and “Xiushui-04” with four restorer lines of indica, japonica and broad compatibility. Quality mixed interaction model was used to carry out genetic analysis on seven agronomic traits of japonica hybrid rice and to study the recoverability of the same nuclear heterogeneous female parent. The results showed that there were extremely significant interactions of nuclei with plant height, total grains per panicle, empty grains, panicles per plant and dry weight. The interaction between sterile cytoplasm and nuclear gene resulted in a significant reduction of the average genotype of Honglian F1 in the total number of grains per panicle. Spike number per panicle was significantly decreased; BT-type F1 null shoots were reduced, and 1000-grain weight was significantly increased; wide compatibility restorer lines also had a positive effect on F1 fertility of HL and dwarf sterile cytoplasm.
