[目的]运用产品质量监督抽样检查(抽检)法进行县级辖区居民户碘盐质量监测评价。[方法]用GB/T 14162-1993监督抽样方案对漳平市2006年居民户碘盐质量进行监测评价,并用百分位数和Weibull分布法作食盐碘含量统计处理。[结果]居民户食盐非碘盐率高于2.5%,碘盐覆盖率低于97.5%,合格碘盐食用率高于93.5%(P<0.05),碘盐合格率99.9%以上(P<0.05);盐碘含量95%可信区间CI为28.0～30.4mg/kg。抽检结果与PPS法的监测结果相近。[结论]漳平市2006年居民食用碘盐质量不容乐观。可用产品质量监督抽检法开展辖区居民户碘盐质量监测。
[Objective] To monitor and evaluate the quality of iodized salt of households in county-level area by the method of product quality supervision sampling (sampling). [Method] The iodized salt quality of residential households in Zhangping City was monitored and evaluated by GB / T 14162-1993 supervised sampling plan. The iodine content of salt was calculated by the method of percentile and Weibull distribution. [Result] The salt content of non-iodized salt was higher than 2.5%, the coverage of iodized salt was less than 97.5%, the qualified iodized salt content was higher than 93.5% (P <0.05), and the qualified rate of iodized salt was over 99.9% (P <0.05 ); Salt iodine content 95% confidence interval CI 28.0 ~ 30.4mg / kg. The sampling results and PPS monitoring results are similar. [Conclusion] The quality of iodized salt consumed by residents in Zhangping City in 2006 is not optimistic. Available product quality supervision and sampling method to carry out monitoring of iodized salt quality of households in the area.
