我们在某工程3000立方米地上式无顶盖圆形钢筋混凝土水池施工中,将原设计现浇钢筋混凝土结构修改为装配式预应力池壁整浇底板结构,推广了预应力绕丝新工艺。该水池连续布置四个,每个内径26米,池高5.7米,预制壁板厚178毫米;底板为倒置截头圆锥体,深1.4米,无顶盖。由于系地上式,池壁外用膨胀珍珠岩及砖墙作保温及围护结构。池顶设钢筋混凝土圈梁一道,以保护池壁。水池剖面如图1所示。本文主要介绍几个分项工程的具体做法,谈几点改进意见,以供参考。一、壁板的预制及安装
In the construction of a 3,000-m2 above-ground non-roofed circular reinforced concrete pool, we modified the original designed cast-in-place reinforced concrete structure into a prefabricated pre-stressed pool wall in-situ pouring concrete floor structure, and promoted a new pre-stressed wire winding process. The pool is continuously arranged in four, each with an inner diameter of 26 meters, a pool height of 5.7 meters, and a prefabricated wall thickness of 178 mm; the floor is an inverted truncated cone with a depth of 1.4 meters without a roof. Due to the ground type, the wall of the pool is surrounded by expanded perlite and brick walls for thermal insulation and containment structures. A reinforced concrete ring beam is placed on top of the pool to protect the pool wall. The pool section is shown in Figure 1.
