力点,作用力到达的终点,在武术运动中,力点表现得尤为突出,它主要表现为身体将力作用到某一部位,用以击打对方。在武术教学中把握力点,能激发学生学练兴趣,提高学练效益,所以笔者认为把握力点有助于武术教学。武术动作的力点根据动作不同,它所在的部位也不相同。如:推掌的力点在掌根;冲拳的力点在拳面;脚法中正踢腿和蹬腿的力点在脚跟;弹腿和前拍脚的力点在前脚背等。认真把握力点概念,抓住力点教学,有如下三方面的效果:1.能简明讲解动作的要点,激发学生兴趣。武术动作和攻击性是通过力点部位来完成的,身体的其它动作都是为其服务,教师抓住力点进行
The force point, the end point of the force reached, is particularly prominent in the martial arts movement. It is mainly manifested in that the body applies a force to a certain position to hit the opponent. Grasping strengths in martial arts teaching can stimulate students’ interest in learning and training, and improve the efficiency of learning and practicing. Therefore, the author believes that grasping the points will help martial arts teaching. The force of a martial arts action is different depending on the action, and the location of it is also different. Such as: push the palm of the force point in the palm root; punch the force point in the fist surface; foot law is kicking and kicking the force point in the heel; bullets and the former striker foot force points in the front and back. Seriously grasping the concept of power points and grasping the teaching of force points have the following three effects: 1. Briefly explain the main points of the action and stimulate students’ interest. Martial arts moves and aggression are accomplished through force points. Other body movements serve them.
