我国正在进行大规模经济建设,各条战线都很需要财会人员,为了解决这个问题,各地都在采取多种形式进行培训.我们感到在培训中有一些问题,需要有关部门研究解决. (1)现在35岁以下的财会人员中,大多数由于文化大革命的影响,实际文化水平达不到初高中毕业程度.各部门、各单位应当有计划地进行文化补课,才能保证财会专业培训的质量. (2)有的单位会计人员少,工作无人顶替,不同意派人学习;也有的小单位怕财会人员得文凭后“飞走”了,不让去学习;个别单位领导借平时工作上的意见,故意“卡住”不准去学习;等等.这些问题学校和培训班是无力解决的.另一个是经费问题,在职人员的学费标准一般定得较高,使各
