为了在车身制造工艺规划过程中实现工艺知识的重用和共享,提高对已有车身制造工艺的检索和利用效率。提出了车身制造工艺本体知识表达方法,采用框架概念图表示车身制造工艺;提出了基于结构相似度的本体匹配方法,由概念树结构判断本体是否相似;最后通过利用protégé本体构建工具建立车身制造工艺本体库,设计了相应的本体匹配实验,实验证明基于结构相似度的本体匹配方法是有效的。
In order to realize the reuse and sharing of process knowledge in the process of vehicle body manufacturing process planning, the retrieval and utilization efficiency of existing vehicle body manufacturing processes is improved. The method of ontology knowledge representation of vehicle body manufacturing technology is put forward. The frame concept map is used to represent the manufacturing process of vehicle body. The ontology matching method based on structure similarity is proposed. The concept of ontology matching is judged by conceptual tree structure. Finally, by using protégé ontology building tool, Ontology library, the corresponding ontology matching experiment is designed. Experiments prove that the ontology matching method based on structural similarity is effective.
