From the beginning of the speculation of uproar of new energy vehicles to cheat up the series of events before the Mid-Autumn Festival finally has a clear official account. A document issued by the Ministry of Finance merely announced that the first five enterprises were deceptive and typical, but the enterprises involved and the amounts involved may not stop there. The incident is still fermenting and more follow-up work is required. This should be a positive and a negative textbook that should be written into the history of industrial development and even the history of industrial policy, and should not be regarded as merely a scandal.
