对于我国的农业灌溉来说,小型水库是非常重要的水源来源,是确保农业生产稳定的调节器。目前我国大部分小型水库由于历史原因,大多为“三边”工程,无详细的勘察设计作为技术支撑。因此,很多小型水库均为“带病”运行,亟需进行除险加固整治。本文主要分析小型水库输水设施各种除险加固方案所需的工程条件,并且对输水设施改造的经验进行了总结,对改造同类病害水库有重要的借鉴意义。
For China’s agricultural irrigation, small reservoirs are very important sources of water and are the regulators that ensure the stability of agricultural production. At present, most of the small reservoirs in our country are mostly “trilateral” projects for historical reasons, with no detailed investigation and design as technical support. Therefore, many small reservoirs are “sick” run, the urgent need for reinforcement and remediation. This paper mainly analyzes the engineering conditions needed for various kinds of reinforcement and reinforcement schemes for small-sized reservoir water delivery facilities, summarizes the experience of water transfer facilities reconstruction, and has important reference for the reconstruction of similar disease reservoirs.
