为了解决马钢集团和睦山铁矿区大断面巷道交叉点支护困难的工程问题,对该矿巷道破坏情况进行了调查和研究。利用电子显微视频仪发现了造成岩石局部局部应力集中及破坏的岩石包体特殊结构,查明了巷道破坏的原因。在此基础上,提出了锚网喷一次支护,锚注与锚索联合二次加强支护的复合支护方案。利用ABAQUS非线性有限元软件模拟分析了锚注联合支护的作用机理,数值计算结果验证了支护方案的合理性。现场施工监测表明,采用联合支护方案后巷道交岔点处围岩变形趋于稳定,两帮累计位移最终为20 mm左右,取得了良好支护效果。
In order to solve the engineering problems of the cross-point support problems of the large cross-section tunnels in the Masteel Group and the Mu-Shan Railway, the destruction of the mine roadway was investigated and studied. The special structure of rock inclusions, which caused local stress concentration and destruction in the rocks, was found by electron microscope video, and the reason of roadway destruction was identified. On this basis, the composite support scheme of bolting once support, anchor injection and anchor cable combined with secondary strengthening support is proposed. Using ABAQUS nonlinear finite element software to simulate and analyze the action mechanism of bolt and grouting joint support, numerical results verify the rationality of the support scheme. Site construction monitoring shows that the surrounding rock deformation at the intersection of roadways tends to be stable after the joint support scheme is adopted, and the cumulative displacement of the two groups is about 20 mm finally, and a good supporting effect has been achieved.
