目的:利用近红外光谱法建立知母、黄柏饮片中水分含量的近红外定量分析模型,从而实现快速测定其含量的目的。方法:以药典法所测得的水分的含量为真实值,采集样品的近红外光谱图,利用近红外光谱法中的数据处理系统,结合偏最小二乘法(PLS)建立其水分含量的近红外定量分析模型。结果:所建立的知母、黄柏的定量分析模型的内部交叉验证决定系数(R2)分别为0.933 01、0.968 94,性能指数PI分别为90.8、98.0,校正均方差(RMSEC)分别为0.186、0.132,验证均方差(RMSEP)分别为0.065、0.171。结论:所建立的知母、黄柏饮片中水分含量的近红外定量分析模型较为成功,模型预测效果较好,能够对知母、黄柏饮片中水分的含量进行快速地分析。
OBJECTIVE: To establish a near-infrared quantitative analysis model of water content of Anemarrhena asphodeloideae and Phellodendron chinense by near-infrared spectroscopy in order to achieve rapid determination of its content. Methods: The content of water measured by the pharmacopoeia method was the true value. The near-infrared spectrum of the sample was collected. The data processing system of near-infrared spectroscopy was used to establish the near-infrared Quantitative analysis model. Results: The internal cross validation coefficient (R2) of the established quantitative analysis model was 0.933 01,0.968 94, the performance indexes PI were 90.8 and 98.0 respectively, , RMSEP were 0.065,0.171 respectively. Conclusion: The quantitative analysis model of water content of Anemarrhena asphodeloide and Rhodiola crenulatum was established successfully, and the prediction model was better, which could quickly analyze the water content in Anemarrhena and Phellodendron chinensis.
