以经食道心脏超声技术对200例不同心功能患者采用五种方法检测右心室功能,同组患者同时检测的左心室功能作为对照。结果显示,以Levine公式或超声仪电脑自动显示法测定的右心室射血分数与左心室者相符(P>0.05)。右心室射血分数、右心室长径或周径缩短分数等均与患者临床心功能级别有良好相关(r=-0.92,-0.68,P<0.01,分别)。唯Levine公式计算的右心室容量值显著小于左心室者(P<0.05),而将Levine公式校正为右心室容量V=AL,或V=2/3AL×130%,则双心室容量值相等。结论为经食道心脏超声为可信赖的右心室功能评价技术。
Five methods were used to detect right ventricular function in 200 patients with different cardiac functions by transesophageal echocardiography. Left ventricular function was measured simultaneously in the same group as control. The results showed that right ventricular ejection fraction measured by Levine formula or automatic computerized ultrasound was consistent with left ventricular (P> 0.05). Right ventricular ejection fraction, long diameter of right ventricle, or shortening of peripheral diameter all had a good correlation with clinical cardiac function level (r = -0.92, -0.68, P <0.01, respectively). The value of right ventricular volume calculated by the Levine formula was significantly lower than that of the left ventricle (P <0.05), while the Levine formula was corrected to the right ventricular volume V = AL, or V = 2 / 3AL × 130% equal. The conclusion is that transesophageal echocardiography is a reliable technique for evaluating right ventricular function.
