5月14日,湖北省地方标准《热干面》通过专家评审。湖北省质量技监局有关负责人表示,将择日正式发布实施。具有百年历史的武汉热干面,由于一直无标准可循,近年来,其产品质量呈下滑趋势,湖北省农科院农业测试与科技信息中心于去年6月份向湖北省质量技监局递交《关于增补湖北省地方标准<热干面>的立项报告》,并成立了由高级农艺师李书谦为主的起草小组。
