我厂铸工车间原来的化铁炉是φ400毫米的三节炉,熔化率1吨/时,焦铁比1∶6,效率低,焦耗大,不适应生产发展的要求。我们学习了外地兄弟单位的先进经验,结合本厂实际情况,从1968年至1970年,经过两次较大的改革之后,熔化率先由1吨/时提高到1.5吨/时,后又提高到1.8~2.0吨/时;焦铁比先由1∶6提高到1∶10,后又提高到1∶13.4;铁水温度为1360~1400℃,浇注了重达2吨的大件,也浇成了0.4公斤的小件,至今生产M131W型磨床和B665型牛头刨床身,质量一直较稳定。在迎接党的“十大”召开的日子里,在批林整风运动的推动下,在厂党委和车间支部的
