念珠菌是妇女外阴阴道炎最常见的病原菌。念珠菌性阴道炎的临床表现为:外阴瘙痒、烧灼感、白带异常、红斑、小阴膳水肿等。以往的治疗方法是单纯经阴道外用药,疗效缓慢且复发率较高;我院自1995年3月～12月,对200例念珠菌性阴道炎患者采取酮康唑(里素劳)综合治疗,治愈率明显提高,现报道如下。 1.资料与方法 选念珠菌性阴道炎400例,随机分A组200例,用酮康唑综合治疗;B组200例,单纯经阴道外用药治疗。A组口服酮康唑片,每次200mg,日服2次;碳酸氢钠10g加500ml温开水坐浴15分钟,每日2次,每晚睡前塞1粒达克宁栓入阴道。一周为一个疗程。B组除不口服酮康唑片外,其余方法同A组。

A group of oral ketoconazole tablets, each 200mg, 2 times a day; sodium bicarbonate 10g plus 500ml warm water bath for 15 minutes, 2 times a day, every night before bedtime plugged 1 克克宁 suppository.
