本工作研究了深淬透性钢25XH3MφA 大截面锻件奥氏体晶粒细化的可能性。研究工作所用的试样取自100吨阶梯形锻件的半径为1.05米的截面处。锻成阶梯形锻件的钢锭重198吨,系由120吨的一炉酸性平炉钢和两炉(分别为53和25吨)碱性电炉钢混合而成。锻件的预处理包括从900℃正火,三次深冷到150~250℃和两次850℃回火,最后在炉中缓慢冷却。全部过程共达650小时。
This work studied the deep hardenability of 25XH3MφA large section forgings austenite grain refinement possibilities. The specimens used for the study were taken from a section of 100-meter stepped forgings with a radius of 1.05 m. The ingot forged into a step-shaped forgings weighed 198 tons, consisting of a 120-ton one-pot acid open hearth steel and two (53 and 25 tons respectively) alkaline EAF steel. Forgings pretreatment, including normalizing from 900 ℃, three cryogenic to 150 ~ 250 ℃ and two 850 ℃ tempering, and finally slow cooling in the furnace. The whole process up to 650 hours.
