目的建立汤料中罂粟壳主要成分的检出及测定方法。方法用液相色谱定量检测Agilent SB-C18(4.6mm×150mm,5μm)色谱柱,以甲醇-0.02mol·L-1磷酸二氢钠溶液(5∶95)为流动相梯度洗脱,流速为1.0mL·min-1。结果吗啡、原阿片碱的线性范围分别为0.812~32.024μg·mL-1(r=0.9997)和1.702~68.103μg·mL-1(r=0.9998),平均回收率分别为96.0%和98.9%。结论该方法适用于汤料中罂粟壳主要成分的检出。
OBJECTIVE To establish the detection and determination of the main components of the opium poppy soup. Methods Quantitative detection of Agilent SB-C18 column (4.6mm × 150mm, 5μm) by liquid chromatography was performed with a gradient elution of methanol-0.02mol·L-1 sodium dihydrogen phosphate solution (5:95) 1.0 mL · min-1. Results The linear ranges of morphine and protopine were 0.812 ~ 32.024μg · mL-1 (r = 0.9997) and 1.702 ~ 68.103μg · mL-1 (r = 0.9998) respectively. The average recoveries were 96.0% and 98.9%, respectively. Conclusion The method is suitable for the detection of the main components of the opium poppy soup.
