校本教研是指“以学校为本”的教学研究活动,职业院校开展校本教研是深化课程改革、获得整体发展的内在需要,但职业院校在教研机制、教研对象和教研主体方面存在困惑,为顺利开展校本教研,职业院校应采取搭建内外相通的教研平台、建立完善的教研制度、提高教师的教研能力等相应对策。
