目的:制备壳聚糖中药膜并建立其薄层色谱鉴别方法。方法:以壳聚糖为成膜载体,黄柏、黄芪、大黄、白及为主要成分,制备壳聚糖中药膜。并采用薄层色谱法(TLC),对本制剂中的黄柏、黄芪、大黄进行鉴别研究,以其各自的有效成分及阴性对照品进行对照实验。结果:经过多次鉴别实验后,TLC斑点清晰,分离度好,具有良好的重现性,且阴性无干扰。结论:该膜剂处方组成合理,制备工艺简单。用薄层色谱法鉴别壳聚糖中药膜的实验具有操作简单、稳定、快速、准确、专属性强的特点,所建方法可用于壳聚糖中药膜质量控制的定性依据,为今后标准的进一步修订打下了基础。
Objective: To prepare chitosan Chinese medicinal film and establish its TLC identification method. Methods: Chitosan as a membrane carrier, Phellodendron, Astragalus, rhubarb, white and as the main component, preparation of Chinese medicine chitosan membrane.
