本文采用问卷调查、教师访谈、专家访谈、文献资料与数理统计方法,从民族传统体育文化资源与少数民族地区中、小学校体育课程教学内容的开发视角上对其进行分析与研究,提出以实现民族地区中、小学校体育与健康课程教学目标为前提条件,利用民族传统体育文化资源进行体育课程内容设置与教学,在国家三级课程管理体制运作中构建以民族传统体育文化资源为主要构架的学校体育课程结构体系,进一步深化民族地区学校体育教学改革及民族传统体育文化的传承与发展,从而推动我国西部少数民族地区中、小学校学校体育工作,促进学生身体、文化、素质教育的全方位和谐发展。
This paper analyzes and studies the national traditional sports and cultural resources and the development of the physical education curriculum content in primary and secondary schools in ethnic minority areas by means of questionnaires, teacher interviews, expert interview, literature and mathematical statistics. Regional primary and secondary physical education and health curriculum teaching objectives as a prerequisite for the use of traditional sports and cultural resources for physical education curriculum content setting and teaching in the national curriculum management system to build the traditional sports and cultural resources as the main framework of the school sports Curriculum structure system to further deepen the school sports teaching reform in ethnic minority areas and the inheritance and development of the national traditional sports culture so as to promote the physical education in the primary and secondary schools in the minority nationality regions of our country and promote the all-round and harmonious development of the students’ body, culture and quality education.
