很幸运,我的教育生涯是在通师二附这块情境教育的发源地上开始的。在这块肥沃的土壤上,不仅有可敬可亲的李吉林老师,还有一支优秀的数学团队。他们就像辛勤的园丁,用汗水、智慧和激情,呵护着我们青年教师茁壮成长。2003年,是我参加工作的第三年,江苏省中小学教研室为了交流全省小学数学课堂教学改革的情况和经验,在宿迁举办了全省第一届小学数学优课评比暨观摩活动。我在层层选拔的基础上有幸被推为第一学段的选手,代表南通市参加
