在探讨生态旅游与自然保护区关系的基础上，分析了南洞庭湖湿地和水禽自然保护区生态旅游资源的特点，提出了南洞庭湖生态旅游开发的７ 项原则．特别强调可持续发展、最大限度的社区参与性和＂泄漏”极限、与专家的伙伴关系原则，认为这是在科学规划的基础上合理开发生态旅游资源，给旅游地带来实惠，促进自然保护事业发展的有效途径，并强调生态旅游有效管理的重要性．
Based on the discussion of the relationship between ecotourism and nature reserves, this paper analyzes the characteristics of ecotourism resources in the South Dongting Lake wetland and waterfowl nature reserve and puts forward seven principles for the development of the south Dongting Lake ecotourism. With particular emphasis on sustainable development, maximum community participation and “leakage” limit, the principle of partnership with experts, this is based on the scientific planning based on the rational development of eco-tourism resources, tourism to bring benefits and promote the cause of nature conservation An effective way to develop and emphasize the importance of effective management of ecotourism.
