日本科学技术厅金属材料研究所为了适应本国材料科学技术的进步和变化的要求,在新的构思基础上正在拟定长远的科研规划并制定了1987年年度研究计划。为了体现长远规划的新构思,决定从1988年开始研究制定具体的实施措施。长远规划的重点如下: 1.机构调整将现有的由11个研究部、2个研究组、2个试验部组成的机构缩编成由10个研究部、5个研究组组成的机构。研究部统管十个方面的材料科学技术基础并从事专题的基础和先导研究,积累高深知识和技术并探索革新途径。研究组则根据国家的需要,集中研究力量,按照革新的途径进行综合性研究。
Japan Institute of Science and Technology Institute of Metal Materials in order to adapt to the progress of their material science and technology requirements and changes in the new idea is based on the formulation of long-term scientific research plan and formulated the 1987 annual research plan. In order to embody the new concept of long-term planning, it is decided to study and formulate specific implementation measures starting from 1988. The main points of the long-term plan are as follows: 1. Institutional Adjustment The existing organization comprising 11 research departments, 2 research groups and 2 pilot departments was downsized into a body comprising 10 research departments and 5 research groups. The Department of Research oversees ten areas of material science and technology foundation and undertakes basic and pioneering research on topics, accumulates advanced knowledge and technology and explores innovative ways. The research team, based on the needs of the country, concentrates its efforts on research and conducts a comprehensive study in accordance with the innovative ways.
