成都市经改革开放20多年的调整发展,已初具现代大都市规模。全市的非公有制经济出现了飞跃的发展。目前,全市非公有制经济的税收占财税收入的30%左右,全市现有个体工商户258558户,注册资金23.46亿元,私营企业19466家,注册资金167亿元。涌现了象希望、拓普、迈普等一大批在国内外享有盛誉的规模型、科技型、效益型集团企业。面对新的形势、新的政策环境,成都市个体劳动者协会私营企业协会在正确引导、鼓励、推动全体私营经济健康发展过程中,积极发挥两协会的“三自”职能,为迎接新世纪和西部大开发充分发展了桥梁纽带和政府职能部门的助手作用。
