国外多元文化整合式教学模式,积极有效地探索了在国家普遍文化的前提下,如何体现新时期多元化人才培养的需求,为解决在国家主流文化基础上和在多元文化影响下所呈现出的涵盖多种文化背景的人才培养模式及其所达成的优良的教学效果,为探索文化差异背景下的设计艺术教育树立了典范。本文通过分析介绍国外设计教学所呈现的多元整合式教学实践模式,阐述其文化的结合与整合式实践教学模式的有效实施与拓展,为我国的设计教育改革在课程教学及人才培养中如何处理文化间的沟通与整合实践提供可借鉴的经验。
Under the premise of universal culture in the country, how to embody the needs of diversified personnel training in the new era and how to solve the problems brought about by the mainstream culture of the country and under the influence of the multi-cultural culture are actively and effectively explored in foreign multicultural integrated teaching mode. The mode of personnel training covering a variety of cultural backgrounds and the excellent teaching effects it has achieved have set an example for the exploration of design art education in the context of cultural differences. This article analyzes and introduces the multivariate integrated teaching practice model presented in foreign design teaching, elaborates the combination of its culture and the effective implementation and expansion of the integrated practice teaching mode, and provides suggestions on how to deal with the culture of design education reform in our country for curriculum teaching and personnel training Between the communication and integration practices can provide reference experience.
