摘要目的评估澳大利亚和新西兰儿童的CT辐射剂量测定方法,并对胸部和腹部CT检查的大小依赖性剂量估算(SSDE)进行计算。方法从8所医院的12台CT上获得共1 462例0~15岁儿童的扫描数据。分别按照8项检查记录:头(创伤、分流)、颞骨、副鼻窦、胸部(肿块)和胸部高分辨力CT成像、腹部/盆腔(肿块/炎症)。头颅检查的辐射剂量数据根据年龄和侧位影像评估的SSDE进行分组。诊断参考范围(DRR)甴第25和第75百分位数来表示。没有集中进行影像质量评估。结果 201例腹盆腔SSDE的DRR分别是:2.8~4.7(<15 cm)、3.6~11.5(15~19 cm)、8.5~15.0(20~24 cm)、7.6~16
Abstract Objective To evaluate the method for the determination of CT radiation dose in children in Australia and New Zealand and calculate the size-dependent dose estimation (SSDE) for chest and abdominal CT. Methods A total of 1 462 children aged 0-15 years were scanned from 12 CTs in 8 hospitals. Totally 8 examinations were performed: head (trauma, shunt), temporal bone, paranasal sinuses, chest (mass), and chest high resolution CT imaging, abdominal / pelvic mass / inflammation. Radiation dose data from head examination were grouped according to age and SSDE assessed by lateral images. Diagnostic Reference Range (DRR) 甴th, 25th and 75th percentiles. No focus on image quality assessment. Results The data of DRR of 201 cases with SSDE were 2.8 ~ 4.7 (<15 cm), 3.6 ~ 11.5 (15 ~ 19 cm), 8.5 ~ 15.0 (20 ~ 24 cm)
