Ni(ClO4)2.6H2O与香草醛和L-2-氨基-3-苯基-1-丙醇在三乙胺的存在下反应得到L-[Ni2(van)(Hvap)2(MeOH)2]ClO4.2.5MeOH.H2O(1)。通过元素分析、红外、热重分析和固体CD光谱对1的结构进行了表征,并通过X-射线单晶衍射确定其单晶结构。结果表明1属于单斜晶系,P21手性空间群,Z=1,2个镍离子被脱去质子的香草醛分子桥联成{Ni2O}双核结构。固体CD光谱证实了1的手性。
Reaction of Ni (ClO4) 2.6H2O with vanillin and L-2-amino-3-phenyl-1-propanol in the presence of triethylamine gave L- [Ni2 (van) (Hvap) 2 (MeOH) 2] ClO4.2.5MeOH.H2O (1). The structure of 1 was characterized by elemental analysis, infrared, thermogravimetric analysis and solid-state CD spectroscopy, and its single crystal structure was confirmed by X-ray single crystal diffraction. The results show that 1 belongs to the monoclinic, P21 chiral space group, and Z = 1,2 nickel ions are protonated vanillin molecules bridging to {Ni2O} binuclear structure. Solid CD spectra confirmed the chirality of 1.
