企业向绿色、循环、低碳发展转型升级已成为我国经济发展的新常态。在此背景下,深入开展企业生态文明教育,不仅是在全社会牢固树立绿色发展理念的需要,而且是提高企业经营管理者及其员工生态文明素质的迫切需要。企业生态文明教育的有效实施,需要在充分发挥宣传教育的推动作用下,切实采取教育培训、制度考核、奖惩激励、自我学习及文体活动等措施,以转变企业负责人生产经营理念,提升员工的生态文明素质。
The transformation and upgrading of enterprises into green, recycling and low-carbon development have become the new normal of China’s economic development. Against this background, carrying out the education of enterprise ecological civilization is not only the need of firmly establishing the concept of green development in the whole society, but also the urgent need to improve the quality of ecological civilization of business managers and their employees. The effective implementation of the education of enterprise’s ecological civilization needs to take measures such as education and training, system assessment, reward and punishment, self-learning and cultural and sports activities under the impetus of giving full play to publicity and education so as to change the concept of production and operation of enterprises’ Ecological civilization quality.
