一台卧式镗床(BFT100/1V型),经过近20年的使用,其导轨严重划伤损坏。要使镗床恢复正常使用,按常规的办法,就要拆卸机床进行大修,将破损的导轨重新刨、磨加工,来达到使用要求,这样工作量大,周期长,影响型号加工生产,同时维修费相当高。我们采用胶粘修复,针对镗床使用条件,要求导轨胶补后,胶与导轨粘接力高、韧性好、耐磨、耐油、耐水。为此自行研究出XB—1常温修补胶,并编制出合理的胶补工艺进行施工,满足了修补镗床导轨的性能要求。
