抱轴瓦发热,合金熔化是牵引电机采用抱轴半悬挂方式的内燃、电力机车的惯性故障,抱轴化瓦可以造成铜瓦报废,车轮轴颈拉伤,大小传动齿轮破损,甚至可以造成小齿轮弛缓,牵引电机轴承烧损。而且需要架车修复,工艺较为复杂,停时长。而引起抱轴化瓦的一个重要原因就是集油器的毛线刷不良。天津机务段针对东风4型电传动机车,由于集油器毛线刷造成化瓦问题,组织攻关。借鉴蒸汽机车大轴润油吸式油篦子,研制了一种新型抱轴承集油器毛线刷,并先后在天津、古冶两个机务段配属的东风4型机车上使用效果良好。
