胸腰椎肿瘤手术治疗中,最主要的目的之一是既要彻底切除肿瘤又要恢复脊柱的稳定.人工椎体置换在治疗胸腰椎体肿瘤中得到了有机的统一.我们自1995年以来应用人工椎体共治疗胸腰椎肿瘤7例,随访3~24月,效果满意.现报告如下:1 临床资料男3例,女4例;年龄29~56岁.部位:胸椎2例(T6、T11各1例),胸腰段(T12、L1、L2)2例,腰椎3例(L1、L2、L3各1例).病理:骨巨细胞瘤4例.软骨肉瘤1例,肠源性囊肿1例,转移瘤1例.手术时间为2~3h.输血800~1200ml.人工椎体构成:钛合金制成,中间为可调式园柱的支架,两边为L形托板及螺丝钉构成.其特点:椎体分不同型号,椎
One of the main objectives of surgical treatment of thoracolumbar tumors is to completely remove the tumor and restore the stability of the spine. Artificial vertebral body replacement has been organically unified in the treatment of thoracolumbar body tumors. We have applied artificial procedures since 1995. The vertebral body was used to treat 7 cases of thoracolumbar tumors. The follow-up period was 3 to 24 months. The results were satisfactory. The present report is as follows: 1 Clinical data 3 males and 4 females; aged 29 to 56 years. Location: 2 cases of thoracic spine (T6, T11 each 1 case), 2 cases in thoracolumbar (T12, L1, L2) and 3 cases in lumbar spine (1 case in L1, L2, and L3). Pathology: Giant cell tumor in bone in 4 cases, Chondrosarcoma in 1 case, Intestinal cyst 1 Cases, metastasis in 1 case. The operation time is 2 ~ 3h. Blood transfusion 800 ~ 1200ml.
