园形纸层析具有快速、简便以及对温度的要求不甚严格等优点。永井英夫曾用8-羟基喹啉沉淀园形纸层析分离铁、钴、镍、铜等离子。毛志翔也曾用园形纸层析分离各组阳离子。但都限于定性捡出及纯溶液中的实验。本文应用园形纸层析技术分离铁、钴、镍,并应用于合金钢中钴、镍的测定,取得了满意的结果,解决了微量样品中高含量钴、镍的测定;测定范围为5~30%,绝对误差±1%。

Nagai Hideo used 8-hydroxyquinoline precipitation Park paper chromatography separation of iron, cobalt, nickel, copper and other ions. Mao Zhixiang also used circular paper chromatography to separate groups of cations. But are limited to the qualitative detection and pure solution of the experiment. In this paper, the separation of iron, cobalt and nickel by Park paper chromatography was applied to the determination of cobalt and nickel in alloy steel. Satisfactory results were obtained and the determination of high content of cobalt and nickel in trace samples was solved. The determination range was 5 ~ 30%, absolute error ± 1%.
