为贯彻落实《国务院关于进一步加强农村教育工作的决定》,教育部、国家发展和改革委员会、财政部共同实施了农村中小学现代远程教育工程。根据国家三部委的统一部署,我区在一些区、县开展了农村中小学现代远程教育工程试点工作。一年多来,经过试点单位的不懈努力和有关方面的大力支持,工程试点不仅覆盖了试点地区的所有农村中小学,而且在试点地区积极探索了农村中小学现代远程教育工程三种模式(即在农村初小和教学点建教学光盘播放点、在乡中心小学和村完小建卫星教学收视点、在农村初中学校建计算机教室的要求),为我区全面启动实施农村中小学现代远程教育工程积累了经验,也得到了中央领导和国家有关部门的充分肯定和鼓励。
In order to implement the “Decision of the State Council on Further Strengthening Rural Education Work,” the Ministry of Education, the National Development and Reform Commission, and the Ministry of Finance have jointly implemented a modern distance education project for rural primary and secondary schools. According to the unified deployment of the three ministries and commissions of the country, our district has carried out trials of modern distance education projects in rural primary and secondary schools in some districts and counties. Over the past year or more, through the tireless efforts of the pilot units and strong support from relevant parties, the project pilots not only covered all rural primary and secondary schools in the pilot areas, but also actively explored three modes of modern distance education projects in rural primary and secondary schools (ie, Construction of teaching CD-ROM broadcasting spots in rural elementary schools and teaching sites, completion of satellite viewing spots in rural primary schools and villages, and construction of computer classrooms in rural junior high school schools) for the full implementation of the modern remote education project in rural primary and secondary schools in our district Accumulated experience has also been fully affirmed and encouraged by the central leadership and the relevant national authorities.
