观察移植肾脏的功能、血供、排泄状态,以争取尽早诊断排斥反应等,应用放射性同位素检查,比肾穿刺活检、肾血管造影、肾盂造影等方法较为优越。加之,Υ-闪烁照像机的应用,即放射性核素肾脏连续摄影(简称肾连拍)。可以在萤光屏上直接看到移植肾脏显影情况,可了解到肾脏的大小,位置、功能变化等,并可以定时连续摄片,于日后分析,所以,较其它检查似更优越。为总结经验,现将我院对四例肾移植术后患者肾连拍观察的情况,报告于下。
