我们财务科1982年被评为先进科室,我作为财务科长,既高兴,又深有感慨.财务会计工作难搞,财务科长难当,这是当前几乎一致的认识,究竟“难”在哪里?千条万条,就“难”在坚持原则、执行制度与违反原则、违背制度的矛盾上面.因为种种原因,形成上下之间,左右之间感情疏远,关系紧张.我也常用吃力不讨好来比喻自己的处境,曾一度想改行不干.1982年度评比之前,我同科里的同志都不抱任何希望,可是出人意外,在公司评比大会上,一致意见评我们财务科为先进科室,并列举大量事实,肯定了我们的成绩.还非常诚恳地指出财务科,特别是作为财务
