L PC- 10 e即美国联邦标准 FS10 15,是一种在 2 .4 kbps码率下评价较好的语音编解码器。它以较低的算法复杂度实现了电话话音的质量 ,同样可应用于低带宽网络。该文在简单介绍了 L PC-10 e编解码算法的基本原理和定点数字信号处理器 TMS32 0 C2 xx后 ,着重讨论了这种低速率语音编解码器在 TMS32 0 C2 xx上实现定点算法的难点和相应的关键技术。最后的仿真实验结果表明 ,解码与合成实时处理平均运算量为 8.1MIPS。
The L PC-10 e, the US Federal Standard FS10 15, is a good speech codec rated at 2.4 kbps. It achieves the quality of telephone voice with a low algorithmic complexity, and is equally applicable to low-bandwidth networks. After introducing the basic principle of LPC-10e codec algorithm and the fixed-point digital signal processor TMS32 0C2xx, this paper focuses on the implementation of fixed-point algorithm of this low-rate speech codec on TMS32 0C2xx Difficulties and the corresponding key technologies. The final simulation results show that the average amount of computation and decoding of real-time decoding and synthesis is 8.1MIPS.
