为了缩短建立逻辑参数库的时间以及减少逻辑参数提取过程中人为引入的误差,提出了一种逻辑参数自动提取工具的实现方法。该工具利用逻辑约简和一维边沿搜索方法完成单元电路逻辑参数提取的SPICE模拟激励波形自动生成和逻辑参数提取,它能根据用户指定的时延要求,自动生成模拟所需的SPICE激励波形并自动进行参数提取,最后自动生成单元的逻辑参数数据手册,并且能自动转换成SYNOPSYS和CADENCE逻辑模拟和综合所需要的格式。该工具可应用于单个电路的逻辑参数的提取,也可应用于逻辑参数库的建立。
In order to shorten the time of establishing the logical parameter library and reduce the human-induced error in the process of logic parameter extraction, a method of automatic extraction of logic parameters is proposed. The tool uses logic reduction and one-dimensional edge search method to complete SPICE simulation excitation waveform extraction and logic parameter extraction of unit circuit logic parameters. It can automatically generate SPICE excitation waveforms required for simulation according to user-specified delay requirements Automatic parameter extraction, and finally automatically generates the unit’s logic parameter data sheet, and can automatically convert SYNOPSYS and CADENCE logic simulation and synthesis required format. The tool can be applied to extract the logic parameters of a single circuit and can also be applied to the establishment of a logic parameter library.
