应用三维经颅彩色多普勒显像新技术检测脑动脉瘤 ,可以从不同角度和方向对重建结构进行观察 ,结合超声造影剂的应用 ,在一定程度上弥补了透颅后的声衰减 ,减少了声束角度影响 ,避免了血管显示的不连续性 ,明显提高了对背景信号干扰的辨别能力。本文通过与二维经颅彩色多普勒显像、数字减影血管造影、磁共振血管成像和CT血管造影等技术的比较 ,阐明了这一新技术在评估脑动脉瘤的发生部位、大小等方面的临床应用价值 ,分析了其优势与存在的问题。
