沁新煤矿2~#煤层顶板为复合顶板,不利于巷道顶板支护,加之前期支护设计不合理,导致该煤层留巷巷道受多次动压影响后变形严重,服务期内多次维修,不仅增加巷道支护成本,而且对矿井生产造成严重影响。为此首先利用地质力学测试和围岩强度原位测试的方法了解围岩的基本形态,并针对原有设计中存在的问题,结合高预应力强力一次支护理论提出支护方案。
The top coal seam of 2 ~ # coal seam in Qinxin coal mine is compound roof, which is unfavorable to roof support of roadway. Combined with the unreasonable support design in the previous period, the roadway of coal retaining laneway is seriously deformed after being influenced by multiple dynamic pressure and is repaired many times during the service period. Not only increase the cost of roadway support, but also have a serious impact on mine production. First of all, we use the method of geomechanical test and in-situ testing of surrounding rock strength to understand the basic form of surrounding rock, and put forward the support scheme according to the existing problems in the original design combined with the theory of primary support with high prestressed force.
