企业员工培训的目的是为其生产、经营和更好开展各项工作服务,培训的出发点和归宿都是企业的生存与发展。目前,培训被视为企业与员工共同成长的联系纽带。然而,大多数县供电企业在员工培训上不够重视,有的县供电企业虽然重视员工培训,但在培训上仍然存在着许多问题,培训并没有取得良好的效果和回报。本文从县供电企业员工培训工作出发,对其存在的普遍性问题进行分析,并提出解决的对策。
The purpose of enterprise staff training is to produce, manage and better perform various tasks and services. The starting point and destination of training are the survival and development of the enterprise. At present, training is seen as a link between business and employees to grow together. However, most county-owned power supply enterprises do not pay enough attention to staff training. Although some county-level power supply enterprises attach importance to staff training, there are still many problems in training and training has not achieved good results and returns. This article starts from the staff training of county power supply enterprises, analyzes the existing problems and puts forward the countermeasures.
