一、土地 1、投资新办高新技术,产品出口企业以及从事道路、能源、水利、市政基础设施建设的企业,经批准在征地时,实行优惠价,并免缴区属基础设施配套费及其它区属有关费用。 2.投资新办生产性企业征地,实行成本价,并减半缴纳区属市政公用设施配套费及其它区属有关费用。 3.新办的企业,经营初期缴纳耕地占用税有困难的,经批准,可延迟到年末前缴清。使用土地的各项补偿费用按现行规定,实行就低不就高的原则收取,高新技术,出口创汇企业享受最低标准再下浮一定比例的优惠。
