一、引言在当今社会,文化优势与竞争发展优势是成正比的。作为一个公司的工会组织,怎样发挥企业文化优势给公司的发展带来动力已成为他们不可回避的话题。油田工会开展一系列创新的作法积极参与企业文化建设,带领工作人员开辟了一条新路。(一)企业文化建设的目的是构建社会主义的和谐,坚持以人为本是和谐社会的主要任务之一,把广大人民群众的根本利益放在第一位,从而维护和发展好广大职工的利益。
