采用三因素二次饱和D-最优设计方法,对不同密度、施氮量和播期的,春玉米胚的形态建成及脂肪含量变化研究结果表明,春玉米胚建成过程中,其鲜重、干重、体积均呈直线递增变化,递增幅度以鲜重>体积干重;而含水率则呈直线下降趋势。密度增加、施氮量增大或播期延迟,均使胚的鲜重、干重、体积有不同程度的下降,含水率则有不同程度的增加。胚中脂肪含量总的变化趋势呈单峰曲线,峰值出现在授粉后第35天。随密度增加、施氮量增大或播期延迟,胚中脂肪含量均在峰值之后下降缓慢,成熟时脂肪含量均有增加。
The three-factor secondary saturating D-optimal design method was used to study the morphological and fat content changes of spring maize embryos at different densities, nitrogen rates and sowing dates. The results showed that the fresh weight, Dry weight and volume showed a linear increase with increasing fresh weight> dry weight; and moisture content decreased linearly. Increasing the density, increasing the amount of nitrogen fertilizer or the delay of sowing date reduced the fresh weight, dry weight and volume of embryos to different extents, while the moisture content increased to some extent. The overall trend of fat content in embryos showed a single peak curve, the peak appeared on the 35th day after pollination. With the increase of density, nitrogen application rate or sowing date delay, the fat content in embryos decreased slowly after the peak, and the fat content increased at maturity.
